• About us

Our mission is to help you and your team thrive at work by facilitating

    a culture of micro-feedback and collegial team-building.

We're a team of technologists excited about creating the future of talent management. Don't we all have stories of feedback frustrations and ways in which our workplace could be different? Here are some of ours.

Ellen did ops at Google for a few years and had the awesome privilege of learning from excellent managers how to create a culture of transparency and continuous feedback. She was giving and receiving continuous micro-feedback before it became trendy and has been advocating this within her teams and companies since then.

Gowri observed from her leadership roles that great employees often leave companies because they are not given sufficient guidance or career growth opportunities. She realized that solving this problem with continuous high-quality feedback would have an immeasurable impact on employee satisfaction and retention.

Gilbert has been a part of many successful startup teams, as well as some less successful. He noticed that invariably, the successful ones were characterized by trust and transparency, and this enabled high productivity and agility. He's excited to build a product that facilitates a successful team environment.
