She was giving and receiving micro-feedback before it became trendy and has been advocating this within her teams since then.
Gowri observed from her product and technology leadership roles at Amazon, Twilio, and Zynga that great employees often leave companies because they are not given sufficient guidance or career growth opportunities. She realized that solving this problem with continuous high-quality feedback would have an immeasurable impact on employee satisfaction and retention.
